Every plan includes the builder, the auto-created reports, the integrations and the API. Plans differ in volume and distribution, not in whether the product works.
Questions worth answering honestly
What happens when I go over my event quota?
Nothing, at first. Collection continues through a grace band of 10% past the quota, and the ingest response says you are inside it. Past that, new events are refused with a clear reason and a count of what was dropped, and everything you have already collected keeps working. Reports never stop rendering because of a quota.
What counts as an event?
One thing that happened in your application: an order, a signup, a page read. Events are counted as they are stored, so anything rejected by validation is not billed. The count resets at the start of each calendar month in your project's own timezone.
What happens to my old events?
Raw events are kept for your plan's retention window and then pruned. Daily rollups outlive them, so a report over an older range still shows correct totals; what goes away is the ability to drill into individual events.
Can I self-host it?
Yes. ReportsHQ is a Stacks application and the source is public. Leave the billing keys unset and every tier limit falls away, because there is nothing to enforce them against. You are then running your own mail, your own database and your own backups, which is the real cost of self-hosting anything.
Do I need to change my application code?
Only to install a package. The Stacks and Laravel integrations listen to the events your application already emits and translate them, so a conventional commerce or SaaS app produces reports without writing any tracking calls. If you would rather be explicit, the HTTP ingest takes JSON.
What if I need more than Pro?
Write to hello@reportshq.org. There is no enterprise tier on this page because there is no enterprise product yet, and inventing one to look bigger would waste your time and ours.
